Since her childhood ambition to become an actor, Marushka has long been obsessed

with the art of storytelling through Theatre and Film.

Marushka attended NYU Tisch, studying at the Stella Adler studio but left before graduating - choosing instead to jump headfirst into industry through her music career. After touring abroad and moving to East Africa, Marushka gradually shifted her young love of performing in front of the camera into a newfound love for directing, behind the camera.

 

From directing music videos, Marushka expanded into directing Lifestyle segments for TV & digital content channels, 

fashion films, indie documentary-style episodes and her own "Visual EP" short film (WADE).
